These Garter Flashes are made from Wool Braid. Garter flashes hang below the cuff of your kilt hose (socks) in a matching tartan to your kilt. They are attached to elastic, making for an easy fastening with a hook and clasp, which is hidden by the cuff of your kilt hose. These flases have two double ribbons (flashes) per garter.
